Civilization VI: NETFLIX is a turn-based strategy game in the 4X subgenre where you take a civilization from the dawn of mankind to the present day and beyond. Your first objective is always to find a good spot to establish your first city. This will be the first of many important decisions you will have to make if you want to win. You have to choose which technologies you want to research first, which policies you want to develop, which buildings to construct, which units to train, and so on. Every decision you make will bring you one step closer to victory or defeat. There is always enough time to fix a complicated situation, so you should never give up if you see that things are not looking good.

Many ways to win

One of the most fun things about Civilization VI: NETFLIX is that, like most 4X games, you can achieve victory via many different avenues. As is tradition in the saga, there are several ways to win: You can win by Domination, destroying all the rival civilizations in the world, but you can also win via a Space Race, taking a ship to Alpha Centauri, or a Diplomatic victory, convincing the other civilizations to vote for you in the United Nations. In total there are five different victory conditions: Science, Culture, Domination, Religion and Diplomacy.
